The ball can be screwed of and replaced by a bigger ball or a bigger double ball which can be order separately. Ring sizes: 40, 45 , 50 and 55 mm. Sizes given are inside diameter. The standard double anal ball supplied with the cock ring is 25 and 30 mm.
